The goods leave our warehouse in excellent condition, wrapped and packed in boxes, and are protected from damage during transport. The goods are insured against shipping damage and their condition is recorded before dispatch. Please check the packaging before opening it, and photograph any external damage. In the unlikely event that the product has also been damaged, the logistics company must be informed directly upon delivery.

Delivery charges – WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON OUR DELIVERY COSTS

Simply Put:

UK Delivery = £65.00 per box

EU Delivery = £106.00 per box

We will pack the chair into the box, often removing the base/legs. It is a simple process to put them back on, simply put the top onto the base and sit on the chair. This is enough to securely connect the top to the base.
For Aerons we remove the back and place the 4 screws into a bag inside the bag covering the chair.

Each box measures 650 x 650 x 700 and can weigh up to 30Kg

IF we use bigger boxes, the freight costs can almost double. Simply, box size of 700 x 700 x 700 could cost close to £100 to ship in the UK. That’s right 5cm makes a world of difference.

This is why we pack the chairs the way we pack the chairs.

If you can collect, you are welcome to do so, but only with a prior arrangement as we have to make sure the chairs are ready and that the warehouse is staffed for you.
