“What condition are your chairs in?”

Every chair that leaves our warehouse is:
Thoroughly cleaned,
All marks are removed where possible
If the seat foam needs replacing, it is replaced
If the seat fabric needs replacing, it is replaced
All functionality is tested
Any parts found to be defective are replaced
If it is not of a high enough standard, we simply don’t ship it.

“Is shopping on your website secure?”

Yes. Absolutely.
We only use the highest level of secure encryption between ourselves and our online payments gateway
We do not store your credit card details on our site.
The only place your credit card details are used and stored is on the payments gateway.

“How can I pay”

You can pay with credit card or PayPal, both using our secure payments gateway.

“I think your shipping costs are high”

Chairs are bulky, heavy items and cost a lot of money to ship.
Every chair is shipped in strong, high-quality boxes.
On every box, we also use high strength strapping.
We make no money on our shipping costs, and sometimes we lose money.
Our aim is to make shipping as economical as possible for our clients and provide them with the highest level of service.

“Will I be able to track my delivery”

Our primary carrier is UPS and when we get a tracking number from them, we then pass this onto our client, who can also track the package.

“I see other websites offer free shipping, why don’t you offer that”

Because those shipping costs need to be reflected in the price you pay.
We would rather be upfront about our shipping costs than hide them away in a single price.

“Can I collect my chair from you”

Yes, of course, you can. We just ask that you arrange a time with ourselves as the collection will be from our warehouse (RM13) and we need to make sure someone is there to enable your collection.

“Can I arrange my own collection with my own courier as I think it will be cheaper”

Yes, of course, you can. Again, we just ask that you arrange a time with ourselves as the collection will be from our warehouse (RM13) and we need to make sure someone is there to enable your collection to take place.

“I am a business from the EU, with a valid EU VAT number, how do I get the VAT removed”

Simple. As part of our checkout process. When you put your delivery address as being outside the UK our system then recognises this purchase as being for export. You will then have the opportunity to put your EU VAT number into our system. The system then goes away and validates your EU VAT number as being correct and valid. If this is the case, then the checkout process will remove VAT from your purchase price and from the shipping price. This will also be reflected on your invoice.

“I am an individual from the EU, how do I get the VAT removed”

Simply put, you can’t. For us to be able to remove VAT from your purchase, you need to provide us with a valid VAT number. Will then validate this EU VAT number and we have then able to remove VAT from your purchase. EU VAT and HMRC rules do NOT allow us to remove VAT from EU exports without this EU VAT number and proof of delivery outside of the UK. As an individual EU purchaser, we are not legally allowed to remove VAT from your purchase.
